Our only issue is that we have had several screws drop out of the metal plate that holds the base and makes the chair rock and swivel. This has happened several times no matter how many times we place the screws back in. We are in touch with you now to find a resolve. We think that the screws were stripped when placed in the chair as that base piece came together when it was shipped. Hoping for a fix, as I said my favorite chair. Overall great quality.
